You grant Destin Shines / Deck14 Studios LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute your photos on the Destin Shines website, mobile app, social media channels (including Facebook, Instagram, and others), and promotional materials — with credit given when reasonably practicable. You waive any claim to compensation in connection with such use.
Destin Shines reserves the right to decline, crop, or edit any submission and is under no obligation to publish submitted photos.
